Mobile Bar & Street Food

Let us introduce you to

RUBY TUESDAY & EARL GREY

Our vintage, mobile bars are truly beautiful and much admired. They’ll be a talking point at any occasion! Use them to serve welcome drinks and canapés or hire them as a fully licenced bar for the duration of your event.

You can choose to provide the alcohol yourself or let us do it for you. Either way our dedicated and professional staff will be on hand to serve your guests throughout. And, if you’re into real ale, craft beer, fine wines or bubbles, we can source it from our network of specialist, local suppliers to make your event really stand out from the crowd. Contact us and we’ll send you a brochure with our rates and ideas on different ways you can utilise our beautiful mobile bars.

Ruby

Ruby Tuesday is a 1971 Morris Minor pickup. She comes complete with a back bar, front servery, spotlights and optional music system. The entire bar was lovingly made with reclaimed wood, old wine boxes , blood sweat and a few tears. We’re very proud of her.

STREET FOOD

It’s theatre, it’s insanely great flavours and it’s the fastest growing food scene in the UK today. For weddings and events we’ve served up British, Thai, Indian, Mexican, Spanish, Italian and Caribbean style street food and they’ve all gone down a treat! When we do street markets, food festivals and pop ups we like to serve Mediterranean flatbreads, rolled into cones and filled to the brim with our own homemade fillings and sauces. We take extra special care to use biodegradable cups, cutlery and food trays and source all our meat from Sussex farms to reduce our carbon footprint as much as possible.
