Original owners Paul and Rob met way back in the hazy days of the early 90’s working for Prue Leith at Hampton Court Palace. Since when, either individually or together, they have run their own pubs, been Chef-Patron of numerous restaurants and worked in some of the most prestigious hotels and venues in London, Cambridge and the South East.
When they decided to go mobile they realised they needed someone with a completely different skill set and were joined in 2010 by bad-ass biker Damien, who hails from an engineering and logistics background. Together these 3 bearded brothers will ensure your event is one to remember … for all the right reasons!
Paul has been a publican for the last 100 years and looks surprisingly good on it. He's run successful pubs in Islington, The City, Brighton and Lewes, trendy hipster joints, city watering holes, student party pubs and family food venues. He loves 6music, festivals, cricket and red wine, partner Leah and son Ozzy.
Rob has been a chef since he was 16, which is a very long time ago, and a head chef for nearly 20 years. He's won awards and plaudits all around the country and never fails to conjure up new and exciting dishes. Rob's loves are his cat Darwin, sci-fi and gin - lots of gin - partner Lucy and sons Felix and Dexter.
Damo is a mechanic and engineer and is happiest when he's covered in oil and knee deep in spare parts. He makes sure our 2 bar babies stay on the road as well as working at most of our events behind the bar or in the kitchen. He loves Harley Davidson's, Game of Thrones, bad 80's rock music, dark rum and wife Laura.
